This room has been a huge blessing for my family. I have been here for a little over a month and am highly satisfied. My only complaint is with one particular staff member. There is one particular staff member who works during the day. He has a deplorable attitude. He's never smiled or said hello....he is very monotone and clearly hates this job. When I told him his customer service was terrible, he told me I could leave for being "disrespectful". Apparently he doesn't like being called on it. I asked to be put in contact with the manager, and he said when he's on the property he runs things so there is no need. Obviously a lot of the patrons of this facility have nowhere else to go, so a smiling face would go a long way. Not being told 'there's 5 hotels across the street if you don't like this one'. 🙂

It was a nice hotel, the bathrooms were small. There are holes everywhere in the room. The door latch wouldn't lock made us feel unsafe in the room, but the housekeeping ladies were very rude! YOU NEED NEW HOUSEKEEPERS THAT SPEAK ENGLISH AT LEAST! MOST OF THEM DIDN'T KNOW ENGLISH IT'S NOT A BAD THING! WHEN I DID NEED SOMETHING THEY WILL SAY " GO TO THE OFFICE" IN SPANISH! ANOTHER LADY SHE WAS JUST RUDE COMPLETELY! I ASKED HER IN SPANISH.." DO SHE HAVE ANY BIG TRASH BAGS," SHE YELLS OUT WITH ATTITUDE SAYING " NO"

The manager that wears the same blue button up shirt is very much rude. If you’re black he will argue that you’re confrontational when you come to him with an issue. He needs to do better on his customer service skills. Hotel has no pool no breakfast no amenities AT ALL!

The front desk people was well mannered, so far anyways. But these housekeepers are not professional in any fashion, they lie and say don't speak English, but do when they want to. They don't clean up your rm or don't give you supplies to clean up yourself. They're just rude as can be

Bought the room on Hotwire for $68. Walked in and did a quick check of the room. The sheets had black flecks on them. The room was no smoking but sure smelled like Swisher Sweets to me. I decided I couldn't be grossed out all night. I walked away from my 67 dollars and probably made the right choice.

Great price for room. Got a non smoking room, unfortunately smelled like people had smoked in it. Did have WiFi but signal was not strong, could connect by the door, further into the room couldn't always stay connected.
